President Vladimir Putin added that if cluster weapons were used on Russia, we would use cluster bombs in response. We also have a large number of cluster bombs.
The lethality of cluster weapons can be estimated from the fact that even now more than 100 countries have banned the use of these weapons.
The United States and Western countries have repeatedly promised to provide financial and military support to Ukraine in the war against Russia, but have given a green flag to Ukraine’s accession to NATO.
