According to foreign media, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has issued a secret order banning suicide as a social rebellion.
The ban by North Korea‘s leader comes after the country’s rising suicide rate. The secret decree urges local authorities to take measures to prevent people from committing suicide. According to the order, in case of suicide of a person, the local authorities will be held responsible and action will be taken against them.
