ISLAMABAD: Austria’s judo Olympian athlete Sabrina Filzmoeser announced her cycling journey from Islamabad to Keto, saying that Pakistan is a beautiful country where there is immense talent in judo, she is very excited to start her journey to Keto.
While holding a press conference in Islamabad along with the President of Pakistan Judo Federation Col. R. Junaid Alam and Austrian Consul Christine Segal, Sabrina Filsmuser said that as a judo Olympian athlete, I will start my journey from Islamabad to Keto tomorrow, women also play judo in Pakistan. Judo needs to be further promoted in Pakistan.
She said that I will support the women athletes associated with judo in Pakistan in every way, it is a dream to go to the backward areas of Pakistan and look for judo players.
Sabrina Falzmoser said that tourism is not an easy hobby, many injuries are encountered, judo game teaches a person to live a disciplined life, she also wants to teach children judo game on the way during her mission trip.
The Austrian athlete said that I have come to Pakistan for the first time, I have heard about the Karakoram here since childhood, I felt very good coming to Pakistan, these moments are memorable for me. I hope that my trip to Tokili will be memorable while I am hopeful to complete the two missions till the end of July, International Judo Federation and Pakistan Judo Federation are supporting me fully.
